Agreement to these terms
By using eagledumpsterstampa.com or ordering a dumpster through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Tampa Dumpster Rental Pros may update these terms; the revision date appears above.
Quotes
This website does not publish rental prices and nothing on it is a quote or an offer. A quote is given by phone or in writing before delivery, and it reflects the size you choose, the debris type, the weight of the load, how long you keep the container, the delivery address and site access. Extra days, weight over the allowance included with the size, prohibited items and a failed delivery or pickup caused by site access are all quoted at the time they arise.
Delivery, placement and access
You are responsible for choosing a placement spot that is safe, legal and accessible to a roll-off truck, and for obtaining any permit required for placement on a public street or right of way. You agree to keep the area clear for delivery and pickup. Placing a container on a driveway or paved surface can leave marks; protective boards are recommended and we are not responsible for surface damage caused by normal placement.
Use of the container
Do not fill the container above the rim, overload it beyond the weight limit for its size, or place prohibited materials in it. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, liquids, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerant and other materials listed on the sizes and FAQ pages. Loads that cannot be transported safely or legally may be refused, and extra handling or disposal costs will be charged.
Rental period and pickup
The rental period starts on the delivery date and ends when the container is picked up. Extensions are available by request and are quoted when you ask for them. If you finish early, call to schedule an earlier pickup.
Cancellations and changes
Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled by phone. Cancel before the truck is dispatched where you can: once a truck is on the way the trip has already happened, and anything owed for it is quoted to you at that point. Changes to size or address should be requested before the delivery day.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
